Characteristics Of A Woman Of Quality

abfbb52d2dd37f8013ba93eb8dc0ffad[1]In the last year I’ve known Norah I’ve learnt a lot from her. Something I love about her is that she’s a calm and jokey person, but when it comes down to it she can also be very serious – she knows how to balance.

One thing I’ve learnt from her that I will never forget is that the anointing to serve comes from God. If we work for man, if we search for the approval of Man we may even receive the title or position we want… But as soon as it came it will be taken away. But when the anointing to serve comes from God, man can even try to remove you but God… Well let’s just say he has your back!

Something I learnt a week ago is that we must search for the approval of God, because when you have God’s approval to serve, honestly who can stop you?

Something I’ve learnt is that a Woman Of Quality… Well she’s not anxious she knows what she wants but she is never anxious, because she knows it’s God’s approval that is needed to serve and if you don’t have that you are no longer doing the Work Of God, but the Work Of Man.

You enter my work through a window, like a thief!  Joel 2:9

Characteristics Of A Woman Of Quality

IMG-20140730-WA068Jades an All or Nothing person.
Shes one of my closest friends, but that’s not why I love this girl so much!
She’s set-focused, knows what she wants and she doesn’t mind losing a few friends if she has to and because  of this I respect her!

If there’s one things I’ve learnt from her in the time we’ve been friends, it’s to always give 100 percent, to always give my all for God. If there’s one thing Jade always says it’s “All For Him”.
When we do anything we have to do it for God, we have  to do it as if he’s the one who asked us to carry out the task. Something God showed me and funny enough Jade too is that if the example we are outside doesn’t match the example we are at home, then the example we are outside  means and  is nothing! See how strong that is? Everything we do has to be for him, it has to be for God because if we have that mentality, automatically we will give our best (and even more than that!) in and with everything we do. Because  the truth is that if we’re not doing what God desires us to do – he won’t have it! He will find someone else to give his most prized possessions to.

The heart of her husband safely trusts her.

Doing It Like a Queen – She Was Moldable

She knew how to submit to authority.

Plastic is nothing like clay. When plastic is melted it can’t be “reformed”, or remade, it immediately becomes hard and there’s nothing you can do about it … either then throw it away. However, Clay is completely different, you can change it as long as it doesn’t become dry.

Queen Esther knew and understood this, she knew that even though she was a queen she still had to submit to other authorities – and no it wasn’t because  she was a Woman, in a time in which men dominated. On the other hand it was because she understood that for her to remain as clay constantly moldable in Gods hands she had to do this.

If you can’t submit to authorities how will you react when hearing hard truths? And well a Woman Of Quality she IS MOLDABLE because of these exact reasons she respects higher authorities! Even if she could possible be right, she says nothing she respects and this …. God loves this because he sees a Woman willing and ready to learn from him !

We can never ever ever allow ourselves to become like plastic, like hard clay, we must always be wet, ready to be re-molded by him at any moment. Because God is working to remake us to be better every. Single. Day. And if there is ever a point you become hard … God can no longer be able to remold you, never allow yourself to become this. Always Be Moldable.

The Difference We Want To Make

We try so hard to make a difference, to help others and to be there whenever needed.

As women, compared to men, we cant help it. When a situation arises we want to be that “support force” for our friend, we love helping. When an argument arises we like to talk, and not just ignore or act as if nothing happened. But, sometimes we try too hard to impose what we want, we are “blinded” by the difference we so want to make and well we forget … That This Difference Starts With Us.

Its something me and my friends always tell one another, that the difference we want to see, whether in school, at work, at home, among our friends and family members, it has to start with us, because when others see this in us.. they to will desire this difference!

As Women Of Quality, we have to view every situation in this way, whatever change I want to see has to start and begin with me!

Doing It Like a Queen – She Was Like a Flower..

She made sure her physical appearance was good

As a Woman Of Quality as important as it is to take care of yourself inside .. so is the outside. When a person first meets us, they don’t meet our personalities, they first meet our appearance.. believe it or not!WandTattoo-No-FB149-Always-wear-your-invisible-crown-WandSticker-267210-1

As young women, God made us to be beautiful and discreet.. just like flowers they don’t clash or contrast one another, but although some are yellow, red, pink, purple, blue … each one is beautiful.

Just as we are, we are like flowers each different and unique, none the same, yet each beautiful. And Queen Esther understood this, she understood she was a Queen and to be a good reference to God her appearance had to be just as beautiful as her inside.

Recently someone said something to me that really made me think, ‘I’m sure you’ve all heard of ‘midi-rings’, rings that stop halfway up your fingers. Someone asked me why I was wearing this type of ring, then they asked me if the Queen would ever wear something like this lol. My first response was ‘I’m not the Queen’ Lool.

But then the person said something that really caught my attention … “But, you are a Queen you’re a Queen in YOUR world, your life, you are royalty” Then I realised that to wear certain things – like ‘midi-rings’ for example is no problem really, but sometimes we forget we are Queens and that we cant just dress or even wear what everyone else is wearing. And Esther well she knew and understood this, she knew in everything she did and especially everything and anything she wore, would reflect her King and she had to be a good reference …

Because especially when you’re a Queen, everyone is watching!
